The Heir to the British Throne, Prince Charles is Suffering from COVID-19
Prince Charles Test Positive: The 71-year-old Prince Charles has tested positive for coronavirus. He is under quarantine at a Royal Estate in Scotland and as was showing mild symptoms of the virus. His wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall is safe and tested negative for coronavirus.
Clarence House said, “The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Coronavirus”. He otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual.”

The British government has warned and advised people over 70 years of age to stay home for 12 weeks and practise social distancing.
A legislator of Scottish National Party, McAlpineon knowing Prince Charles Test Positive for coronavirus wished him a speedy recovery. He said “Given that his symptoms are said to be mild, like many I wonder how he was tested when many NHS and social care workers cannot get tested,’’ she said on Twitter. “My nephew, who has serious asthma and chest infection was recently refused a test.’’

Catherine Calderwood, Scotland’s Chief Medical Officer defended the test. “From the information, I’ve been given it’s clear he was tested for clinical reasons,’’ she said. “And I’m pleased also that he is well and as with many people who have had this virus he has had mild illness.”
Clarence House said it was “not possible to ascertain from whom the prince caught the virus owing to the high number of engagements he carried out in his public role during recent weeks.” Charles attended a public meeting on March 12. He also attended an award ceremony where he was seen doing ‘namaste’ instead of shaking hands with other people in the gathering including Pierce Brosnan and Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones.

Charles had a conversation with Prince William and Prince Harry, his two sons who reside in Canada. William joked about the virus on his official trip to Ireland with his wife, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge on March 3 saying “I bet everyone’s like, ‘I’ve got coronavirus, I’m dying’ and you’re like, ‘No, you’ve just got a cough’,” he told emergency workers at a reception hosted by Britain’s Ambassador to Ireland in Dublin’s Guinness Storehouse. “It does seem quite dramatic about the coronavirus. Is it being a little hyped-up in the media?”
